• Where it is to be shipped 

• Is special shipping requested (additional fee applied)

• Method of payment

Redemption Policy

The original certificate will need to be presented at the time of service.  Karen’s Place is not responsible for lost certificates.  Should the recipient prefer a different service, the original dollar amount will be used toward the purchase of another treatment or package.  Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash or credit. 

Services above and beyond the value of the certificate are the responsibility of the recipient.  Gratuities are not included unless stated.
