To accentuate and open up small eyes, curl your lashes with a lash curler, then apply Bioelements Mascara in Dark Brown. The mascara will go on smoothly without clumping. Next apply a second coat on the outer third of the eye. When using eye shadow colors remember that light colors will bring out areas of the face, dark will recede. You may wish to use neutral colors. A soft dusting of a blush color on the middle contour of the upper eye lid brightens up the eye.
